This draft covers the two things this site currently offers: paid consulting engagements and the $499 platform. It is not a substitute for review by a lawyer, especially before you take a real payment. The EU/Polish consumer-rights clause in Section 4 in particular needs to match how you actually sell. Placeholder legal entity, address, and governing-law fields need to be filled in.

1. Who you're contracting with

2. Trademark & affiliation disclaimer

Vice Played Wise is an independent marketing strategy practice and software product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. "Grand Theft Auto," "GTA," "GTA VI," and related marks are the property of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. We reference the game for informational and commentary purposes to describe the marketing moment our services address. Nothing on this site should be read as official, licensed, or sponsored Grand Theft Auto content.

3. Consulting services (Audit, Sprint, Campaign Architecture)

Scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any consulting engagement are agreed in writing (a proposal or statement of work) before work begins. Nothing on this site is itself an offer with binding pricing.
We provide strategic and creative recommendations. We don't guarantee specific marketing outcomes, sales results, or media coverage, since those depend on factors outside our control.
Unless the statement of work says otherwise, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you once paid in full; we retain the right to reuse our own general methods, frameworks, and know-how across other clients.
Either party may raise confidential information during an engagement and agrees to keep it confidential and use it only for the engagement.

4. The platform (self-serve product, $499 / 90-day access)

What you get: a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Vice Played Wise platform for 90 days from the date your access is activated. Access is web-based, tied to your account, and not for resale or redistribution.
Digital content and your right to cancel: if you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK purchasing this as an individual (not as a registered business), you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. Because this product is digital content delivered immediately and not on a physical medium, that right ends as soon as we begin giving you access, provided you've expressly requested immediate access and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel once we do. We ask for that acknowledgment at checkout before granting access. If you purchase as a registered business for business purposes, statutory consumer withdrawal rights generally do not apply.
Refunds outside that right: [pending. Decide and state your refund policy here, e.g. no refunds after access is granted, or a specific refund window].
We may update or improve the platform's content during your access period; we'll try not to remove core functionality you've already paid for.

5. Acceptable use

You won't share your platform login, scrape or resell the content, or use anything we provide to imply Rockstar Games' or Take-Two's endorsement of your own work.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services or the platform is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific engagement or product giving rise to the claim. This doesn't limit liability that can't be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

7. Governing law
