Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 29, 2026
1. Who controls your data
This site is operated by [Vice Played Wise, legal entity name pending], [registered address pending] ("we", "us"). For any privacy question, contact hello@viceplayedwise.com.
2. What we collect
We only collect what you give us directly through a form on this site:
- Waitlist form: name, email address, and your consent choice.
- Consulting enquiry form: name, email address, company name (optional), your message, and your consent choice.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs standard connection data (such as IP address and request timestamps) for security and reliability. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics that profile visitors.
3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis
- Replying to your enquiry: legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Sending you product or service updates: only where you've ticked the consent checkbox on a form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw this at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Keeping the site secure and working: legitimate interest in operating the service reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Who else sees it
We use the following processors to run this site and store submissions:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, our serverless functions (Workers), and database (D1) that stores form submissions.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Cloudflare's infrastructure is global, which can mean your data is processed outside your home country, including outside the European Economic Area; where that happens, it relies on Cloudflare's standard contractual clauses and other safeguards under its own data processing terms.
5. How long we keep it
Waitlist and enquiry submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and run the platform launch, and are deleted or anonymized no later than 24 months after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
6. Your rights
If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@viceplayedwise.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Poland, that's the Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).
7. Children
This site and its services are intended for marketing and business professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
